Hubspot Voicemail Integration
HubSpot integration with Ring Central should provide voicemail logging. All businesses want to know if their customer leaves a voicemail. The HubSpot native caller has this integration and the system natively supports recording voicemails, so there should be a means to do similar with the Ring Central integrations.

This is HIGHLY critical for CRM integration. Makes zero sense that this system wouldn't include recordings for voicemail, an integral part of any business, especially one managing CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.

Yes! We absolutely need this. We're currently manually forwarding VM recordings from our main company number to our reps. Such a time-waster and delays our ability to get back to our customers quickly.
