Add OAuth Authentication for Microsoft Teams Presence Sync, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, and Microsoft 365 contact sync. This can reduce the number of enterprise applications in the Entra (Azure AD) portal and consolidate all required permissions under one app registration in a single location, making management and implementation easier. It will also reduce the requirement of having a global admin authenticate each application separately.

The permissions required by each enterprise application, such as the RingCentral Presence Sync Service (Teams embedded app) or Calendar Service (Contacts Sync), are already documented under each application. Those same permissions can be granted under a single enterprise app registration, such as the single sign-on app registration. The same certificate and secret can be used across multiple integrations in RingCentral, allowing quick and easy setup.
