MS Teams meeting vs RC app

Sync status of MS Teams meeting with RC App during meeting. As of now while on MS Teams meeting , RC app remains on the current status (available) so users are receiving calls on RC app while on a meeting in MS Teams.

    Right now the MS Teams and RC Sync does not work at all. If I'm on a teams call, meeting, or even presenting, my RC status doesn't change. It remains in "available" status. I've added a screenshot that shows my coworker on a teams call with me, and his RC status says available.

    In addition to changing the status, the rules for receiving queue calls were also not working. I was receiving multiple inbound queue calls while I was in meetings, on Teams calls, and presenting. Currently, this feature requires significant work to function properly.
