311 call handling
Currently, 311 calls are routed based on the caller's phone number. We would like to explore the possibility of routing calls based on the caller's physical location instead.
Is there a supported method or feature that would allow 311 calls to be routed according to the caller's geographic location rather than the originating phone number?
