Sync Outlook contact subfolders
RingCentral's integration is currently limited to syncing only with the primary, top-level "Contacts" folder in Outlook. Unfortunately, it does not natively recognize or scan subfolders or nested contact lists.
If your most important contacts are organized within subfolders, they will not be available through the RingCentral for Outlook integration.
