I would like to request an enhancement to the Zapier integration with ACE by adding a Site Indicator field as an available record field.

Many organizations using RingCentral operate with multi-site configurations, where users, phone numbers, and call activity are distributed across multiple locations. Currently, the integration provides useful information such as Host Name and Host Phone Number; however, it does not provide visibility into the specific site associated with the call activity.

Adding a Site Indicator field would allow customers to easily identify:

The site where an inbound call was received.
The site associated with the user placing an outbound call.
The location or business unit responsible for the call activity.

This enhancement would provide greater visibility into call data and enable customers to create more accurate reports, analyze call volume by location, improve operational tracking, and automate workflows based on specific sites.

Having site-level information available directly within the Zapier integration would greatly improve reporting capabilities and provide additional value for customers managing multi-site environments.
