RingSense Tracker values access via API
We have a priority question about API data. We want to access the RingSense Tracker data via the API to help enrich our call records. It is available via csv export, but I cannot find RingSense Trackers in your API documentation. From a business perspective, it addresses the following issues:
Lack of Automation: Without API endpoints for Tracker data, ODP cannot integrate conversation intelligence and tracker metrics directly into their automated call processing pipelines.
Manual Overhead: Relying on manual CSV exports is inefficient, prone to operational delay, and unscalable for enterprise sales operations.
Underutilized Data: The inability to extract tracker insights programmatically limits the end-to-end value ODP receives from their RingSense deployment.
