    The meeting transcript becomes unavailable after 2 hours and cannot be accessed once the meeting ends. The transcript duration limit should be extended beyond 2 hours.

    This concerns a licensed medical practice providing ketamine-assisted therapy. They are unable to use the word “ketamine” in messages without it being blocked, which is significantly impacting their ability to communicate with patients and operate their business.
