When an external integration sends a notification into a RingCentral channel, provide an option to send it as plain text rather than a large rich-message/card format. The current formatted message contains an oversized RingCentral logo, and the text is effectively invisible in Dark Mode. The resulting message is also disproportionately large compared with normal channel messages.
