RC for MS Teams - Mobile App Calls
There are two issues. First, calls are sometimes duplicated, requiring the user to hang up twice because one call remains stuck ringing to voicemail while the other is active with the same number. Second, the RingCentral iOS app does not appear to support call recording, as the option is unavailable in the main app but is available in the Teams plugin version.
