One Click Texting for HubSpot
Now that they legacy Text Messaging card is being deprecated in HubSpot, users will lose the capability of opening a Contact page and clicking one button to send a text. Now users will need to manually type in the Contact's name or number into the RingCentral popup box. It would be nice to be able to have RingCentral recognize the Contact I have open and default to create a new text for them.
