  1. 5 users to receive the newest update first before it goes to each and everyone on his office, so just incase theres a problem on that update, the pilot team will experience it first and not everybody

  2. The HUD is usefui for fingsing an extension number while displaying the call status. The list doesn't seem to have any order about it. I have been told we have to manually move the users around the screen to put them in alphabetical order but that is time consuming and would require ongoing changing.
    Can it be sorted by username alphabetically?

  3. Cisco Phones Hot Key for " Accept Queue Calls ".
    Want to have a key/button that can be programmed into the cisco keypad to turn on or off to receive calls from the Queue.

    Don't want to keep on logging into the portal everyday to turn on " accept queue calls " and turn off for other users.
    Setting the phone to DND isn't applicable as the phones/users still need to receive either internal calls or direct extension calls

  4. It could have been better if we still have an option to use Call Switch feature even if we have multiple calls ongoing . In order for us to talk to the callers at the same time and not letting them wait on line nor put them them on hold.

  5. Currently, it only shows the caller's name and number for incoming calls on RingCentral for Hubspot or any integrated applications.

    It would be great if we have an option to also display the dialed number/callee number if there's an incoming call to determine which phone number the customer is trying to reach if they have multiple numbers in the account.

    As of the moment based on the test we did - T54W with an expansion module is not compatible with Shared Lines.

    The phone of the customer has an expansion module they would like to request to also add Yealink T54W with expansion as a compatible phone for shared lines

  8. It would be great if we had the option to increase the size of the CTI dialer using RingCentral for Salesforce. This way, we will be able to complete the notes while logging the call without scrolling up or down.

    It's very convenient if we can increase at least the height of the dialer.

  9. Is there any way I can monitor a call and make a call simultaneously? Additionally, can I have the person I called listen to the call I'm monitoring? Is this feature available in the RingCentral app? If not, can we add it?

  10. When the called or calling party disconnected the call, disconnect the call right away instead of having the time running without having waiting for the user to disconnect the call. This will increase company's productivity.

    Sometimes due to some network issues user will still stay on the line without knowing the other line disconnected the call already.

    Limit the attempt time as well when having a bad connection error, disconnect the call if it take longer

  12. If a call sits on hold for an extended time, we would like to have the call to ring another extension. Customers get mad when on hold for more than three minutes.

  13. Currently, we can only use the 'Picklist' data type when creating tasks or dispositions when logging a call.

    It would be great if we also had the option to use the 'Picklist (Multi-select)' data type just like with other carriers such as Tenfold.

  14. calendar for events still shows a 12 hr format but after creating a task/events it shows 24 hr format as what is set up in user details, it could have been better if creating a task will mirror the regional settings in user details. Even on the calendar it shows 12hr format and much better if it has an option to be change into 24 hr format.

The customer is attempting to integrate LeadSquared with RingCentral, but it appears that they need to contact the developer to set it up, as indicated on the App Gallery's "contact us" section.   20. As your platform is used in many different countries would it be possible to have an option to change the date from month/day/year to day/month/year. When pulling off reports from the portal this makes things confusing and takes additional time to correct and sort the date
