Zendesk Integration to show IVR/dialed number info
Request is for an expansion on the Zendesk integration to show what number the customer dialed and what the customer picked during IVR. If various companies were merged and customers can call different numbers depending on product, then can pick the reason for their call. The called employee currently has to ask all these questions again and has no idea what the customer called and why.

PLEASE remove the orange incoming call box in Pipedrive
Anytime an incoming call comes in through my RingCentral App for a customer already in our system, an orange screen will come in from the left on Pipedrive and cover the current file I am working on. See attached. It's very frustrating. I first reached out to RingCentral who told me to contact Pipedrive only for them to tell me it was a developer problem on the RingCentral side as they don't have access to the program integration. Take Microsoft Teams Location for 911 calls on your direct routing solution
If you decide to use Microsoft Teams interface with Direct routing , 911 nomadic no longer works. But Teams can pass the data to Ring Central or other direct routing connection in case of 911 call. Without it Teams as a client is useless and shouldn't be sold.

RingCentral Sync with Salesforce Contacts
I am requesting an option to sync RC with Salesforce so, that all of the contacts from Salesforce (Jungo) sync with RC automatically as added. To do this as an import periodically is timely but, if able to sync automatically just as you are able to call from RC via Jungo, it would only make sense that the contacts would automatically sync to RC app as well. As you already integrate with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Bigin, Zoho Mail, Zoho Cliq, it seems like a natural progress to support archive to Zoho WorkDrive, as usually when customer use Zoho apps, they are typically invested in the whole Zoho platform of apps.

Sync MS teams Call logs to RC call logs
Requesting feature to sync MS teams Call logs to RC call logs , so that whatever settings has beens set to MS teams will also tell the Call logs from RC call logs, for example user from MS teams placed status to dnd and all calls should be routed to voicemail as he sets settings to MS Teams allow voicemail, which means RC system and call logs will detect the MS teams app that user was on DND and the call logs of RC system should be showing sent to voicemail and not call connected.

Add the option to use SFDC mobile to call in Ringcentral
There is a quick action in the mobile app to call with Ringcentral. It doesn't work. The call should be logged to SFDC after the call complete, with the same functionality as the desktop browser version.

Those contacts are not RC users. Two solutions are possible : 1 - either integrate a flat file so that each user is able to retrieve this list.
