  2. Customer has their direct RingEX DID forwarded to their NICE Contact Center. When they get a call, it shows as them "On A Call" within the Salesforce For UC App.

    Eventually the call comes back to them (based on the CC routing) and they cannot pick up the call via the SF App, only the RC App.

  4. These SMSes have, by and large, been working just fine . . . until they don't. We're not getting any API error on Zapier, and the messages show up in the user's Text history, but all of them have the "Message Cannot Be Sent" error on them. This happened last month, on May 27th and continued until June 3rd (7 days).

    It just started happening again June 23rd - 100% of the messages sent via the API are getting an error and not being sent. We don't have any additional details except for the red text "Text send failure" in…

  14. We are using RingCentral along with Zendesk for our support helpdesk. We would like to know if there is a way to use RingCentral for notifications for all tickets raised in Zendesk afterhours to our on-call staff. Note, this would apply to email and portal raised tickets and not only to calls through RC.
    On-call will have a dedicated extension. Is there a way for us to automate a call to a certain extension when new tickets come into Zendesk? If not but there are any similar notification options possible, please let me know.

  17. Having the option to implement a streaming URL service for ‘music On on hold’ within the RingCentral platform would be extremely beneficial to us.
    This live URL would be able to provide a multitude of company oriented advertisements that would be randomized with every single call with every single customer being placed on hold.
    Services like Easy on Hold can provide that as long as the RingCentral platform supports it.

As a trade supplier, all of our customers are businesses, and each of our customers can have as many as 20 contacts all phoning out from one main company number, but the RingCentral for HubSpot app only shows the first and last name for the first match - so inevitably, often we're not speaking to the person whose name is on the first match.
