  2. Option to only logs calls to 'Contact' records via Hubspot.

    In Hubspot, they have disabled 'Associations' from logging calls but it is being overridden in the RC custom telephony integration.

    This is currently a limitation; but the option to control where the calls is desired due to the number of associations linked to a single contact.

  3. Are there directions to integrate the Ring Central Dialpad (https://app.ringcentral.com/calls/dialpad) with Microsoft Entra ID SSO? I am able to integrate it with https://service.ringcentral.com/application/overview but not the Dialpad

  9. What we want to accomplish with this automation is to pull AI transcript summary, action items, etc. from inbound and outbound calls into our CRM built in Notion. The automation looks for contacts in the CRM and if a contact exists it will add the summary, action items, etc. to the contact and if not it will create a new contact and link and add the call log to that contact automatically.

  10. RingCentral Automator is working perfectly fine if a call comes in to user extension directly. Feature isn't working if call gets routed to an IVR with the even if it routes to the same user.

  11. I wondering how I can get access through Zapier and/or Integrately to all of the organizations Missed Calls, Voicemails, etc, not just the ones specific to the user. I am trying to access the records from " Main number voicemail box 2 Message-Only Extension" To intgrate follow ups in our CRM afterhours but it doesn't seem like these are published to the admin account that I am connecting

  18. Currently, the feature supported with this integration only includes:

    • /ringcentral meet - Starts a new RingCentral Video Meeting and posts the join link.
    • /ringcentral call - Start a new RingCentral Conference and post the dial-in number.
    • /ringcentral help - Brings up the different /ringcentral slash commands.

    Hopefully, we can include service status notifications from RingCentral to Slack

  19. At the moment we have a Ring Central integration with Dynamics 365 conencted to our Sales portal because it was only compatible with Channel Integration Framework 1.0. We need to get this integration changed to a Dynamics CIF 2.0 framework and wanted to see what we can do to get the built in integration to work Dynamics 365. This was set up with the following instructions https://assets.ringcentral.com/us/guide/admin-guide/dynamics_beta_admin.pdf. The step to add channel provider is using Channel Integration Framework 1.0, which is not compatible with Customer Service Workspace / multi session apps. I would like to confirm if the integration…
