When I download a file and upload it on my database in BigQuery, the data should synch and have the same format from the original file so that it will copy all the information on my database.

Freedom to download old versions of RC App VDI Universal Service
Ability to or feature to which customers are free to download old versions of RC App VDI Universal Service. The https://support.ringcentral.com/download.html page only has new versions available. Availability of older versions would be a lot of help.

hand cursor
1-27-26: The latest update of the RingCentral app changed the mouse cursor from my arrow to a hand. And now myself and several team members keep selecting the wrong person to glip. This is because the tip of the hand does not select the name like the arrow does - you have to put the middle of the hand over the name to select it. It's quite annoying. Please give an option to change the pointer to an arrow versus the hand. Thank you.

All audio sources not working in RingCentral app inside the Citrix
Currently, the Citrix SDK implementation does not allow for playing sound on specific local audio devices in the RingCentral app inside the Citrix environment/plugin. Please consider on adding this feature.

DND Dropdown Option for UK and EU Tenants
Do Not Disturb (DND) dropdown option for UK and EU tenants to define call routing behavior when on DND.
Currently for UK and EU accounts, when users enable Do Not Disturb (DND), incoming calls are automatically rejected with default behavior (e.g., busy tone or system-defined action).
There is no user-level or admin-level control over how calls are handled while DND is active.This feature request proposes adding a dropdown menu under DND settings for UK and EU tenants, allowing them to select how incoming calls should be routed during DND.

Filter specific calls of external numbers on the account
To have a feature in the account where, when they download the call log from Performance Reports, it is already filtered to show only the numbers included in the IVR menu. Especially external numbers.

Call Queue, wait setting feature, that every call unanswered call from longest idle will be transfered to specific ext.
customer wants to have a feature that in Call queue, in longest idle set up. If the longest idle extension did not answer the phone call, the call will be routed to a specific extension. However the 2nd idle extension will not ring and will be available to take the other call. Same goes with the other extension if they did not answer phone call will be directed to specific extension
