  2. Currently, we use an API integration that simply sends a site-specific customer satisfaction survey that is sent 7 days after their order was fulfilled. This is a trigger that is automatically activated, the sms message is sent and seems to be in working order. However, the number that is defined as the outgoing phone number belongs to the user extension of our Administrator (1002) which is (617) 674-1243. Due to the scope of our business, we would like a non-area code-specific number (since we support multiple states). If possible, we would like to have this sent from a ##### number…

    This is possible using Enhanced Business SMS using the Shared Inbox feature. You might also look to Workflow Builder to help - as automations can be used to send SMS from other phone numbers (it requires some reading of the documentation though).

  4. Presetting phone numbers when in the transfer window. Allowing them to be labeled by the organization/company for ease of transfer. Preventing user from transferring a call to the wrong phone number. Drop down menu, listing the labeled phone numbers before hitting "transfer now"

  8. We've been evaluating installations with Winget. In your winget repository https://winget.run/pkg/RingCentral/RingCentral the version is .msi version. We would like to have .exe version as we use that for installs and it allows for updates.

  12. Our CRM can't take over the call after it rings the RingCentral number, and It is going to RingCentral voicemail. If the calls are not answered after 20s, The calls should be answered by our CRM Voicemail system.

  13. We have MS Teams Integration using the PBX Portal and the ring time for all ringcentral phones needs to be set to 6 Ring/30 Seconds or higher. As our MS Teams environment is set to 4 Ring/20 Seconds. This allows all call handling to be handled by MS Teams. If the ring times are the same or RingCentral is lower, MS Teams doesn't handle the calls correctly.We manually have to change this setting on each phone when a user is created. We have a fully automated process that requires no input besides setting the Ring Time setting.

When calling the GET Message Store API endpoint, if the fax failed to transmit completely, I want to know how many pages were transmitted successfully so I can retransmit the document with no repeated pages and also limit my future transmissions to page counts the recipient can handle. The GET Message Store call contains a "faxPageCount" field which contains the number of pages that were attempted to transmit, however, when the transmission fails mid transmission, I expect for some field to surface how many pages were successfully transmitted, not just the full document page count.
