Remove the RingCentral notification from the Teams app activities channel
The end-user prefers not to have RingCentral notifications on their Teams app activities channel. Currently, we do not have the option on RingCentral side to remove or disable it.

Hubspot call task
We were using RingCentral for HubSpot chrome extension to call our customer before. And now as this sees sunset, we have added the RingCentral as a full integration into HubSpot and started using Call function.
What's happening now is, when we start a call type task from the task queue in HubSpot, it automatically calls the customer. Which we do not want. We want the control over when to call the customer.
We have contacted HubSpot and at the moment they don't have a setting to turning off this feature. Please have a feature in RingCentral to turn this off.

MS Teams embedded app should have some sort of notification when a new text comes in, little red dot on the pinned sidebar or in the desktop plugin icon in the system tray.

Stop RingCentral Cards within MS Teams
Starting last Friday, my users are getting ANNOYING “cards” EVERY day!
Using the Teams plugin. These unsolicited “cards” need to stop. Whoever thought this was a good idea to force this onto customers should be fired.
This triggers the notification indicator on the app and the taskbar. People are non-stop complaining ever since this was forced onto us.

Bulk Edit of Users for Integrated Microsoft Teams
We'd like to request the ability to use the Bulk Edit feature for user management in environment integrated with Microsoft Teams. Currently, since SCIM is enabled, Bulk Edit is disabled, which significantly limits our ability to manage users efficiently.
Even with SCIM enabled, there should be an option for admins to perform bulk edits when needed. Introducing this capability would greatly improve administrative efficiency and enhance the overall user management experience.

OAuth for other M365 Integrations
Add OAuth Authentication for Microsoft Teams Presence Sync, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, and Microsoft 365 contact sync. This can reduce the number of enterprise applications in the Entra (Azure AD) portal and consolidate all required permissions under one app registration in a single location, making management and implementation easier. It will also reduce the requirement of having a global admin authenticate each application separately.

Busy versus Set Status Message dichotomy
Enabling Messaging in RC seems to force the application to have only: Available, DND and Invisible while giving the Set Status Message option. By disabling Messaging, users gain Busy as an option (in addition to Available, DND and Invisible), but then lose the Set Status Message. When trying to set up the Presence link between RC and Team, the vast majority of actions seem to rely on setting Busy as the status and simply do nothing when there is no Busy status available. DND will replicate across Teams and RC, but that's about it.

MS Teams presence status change in Audit Trail
Currently, every time a user changes their status in MS Teams/Teams Embedded App, it shows in the Audit Trail in the Admin Portal, which causes the logs to become cluttered, making it difficult to track other important activities.
We are looking for an option to prevent these status change logs from appearing in the audit trail.

AI Notes on RingCentral for Dynamics
The AI transcribing and notes feature that's on the desktop app is not available for the integration. This would be a great feature since this can be added to the phone call and connected to the contact / relationship in the CRM automatically, instead of having to type out notes.
