It is critically important that we can see who has dialed in to our company conference calls each day rather than having to go and ask he person to respond if they are on. It would be a real asset to ring central and it's customers if we can see who has dialed in either by name or phone number.
This should not be that difficult but it's been under review for 3 years and that is just way to long.
We might CANCEL our account and move to another phone vendor if we can't have this feature.
