  1. Lock Ringtone Volume for Polycom

    Looking for an ability to have the option to Lock the RingTone Volume for any Desk phone devices (Polycom) so that other users cannot adjust the volume

    e.g : The manager one of our stores is hoping to see if we can set the Ringtone volumes of the desk phones so users can't turn them down or off. Thanks

  3. Set up PIN to limit a user extension's outbound calls - BT

    A feature which will require users to put in a PIN or a code before they can make outgoing calls to random local/international numbers using their BT Cloudwork app/Desk phones.

  5. Option to differentiate between internal and external calls via different dial tones

    We would like to be able to have the option to set different dial tones and/or modify dial tones for external and internal calls independently, so that we can differentiate between them whenever a call comes in. Having this feature implemented would be greatly appreciated.
