incoming call waiting for call queues
on call waiting a person can be put on hold and answer another call.

For Call Queues - when ringing in Simultaneous mode - it would be nice to have the option to allow call waiting for users. As currently this is what we use, but when a call comes in and you are on another call, it rings and quietens the current call you are on.
