Fax confirmations and reporting
In need of a more metrics and reporting regarding outbound faxes.
Confirmation Page:
Provide information like time and date, the number dialed, username of sender, fax result. This could be an optional feature that you could turn on for all users to receive an email with this information after a fax.
Reporting:
It would also be helpful in the call logs to provide more information on the sent faxes. Provide information on the amount of attempts until being successfully sent, etc.

Adding on to this - a formatted, formal PDF printout (not the email confirmation) that can be generated anytime by the sender in their RingCentral app (do not need to have admin access) and shows the above details, including:
- heading that this is a fax confirmation
- fax date & time (in respective time zone)
- sender name and organization
- sender phone# & fax#
- recipient name and company
- recipient phone# & fax #
- status of fax transmission - reason for error if did not go through
- # of total pages of fax transmission
- fax transmission unique ID - which also shows in the header/footer of the actual fax so can connect back the fax confirmation page with the fax that went out
- footer with page total & date/time the confirmation page was generated
