Yes. Please add this feature ASAP. They summaries in EX are so much better. It's disappointing that a expensive upgrade (CX) comes with fewer features.

The option is available in Agent Assist; however, it is not in real-time. It is delayed.

Please add this. CX shouldn't be a downgrade from EX, it should be an upgrade and include EX features.
