An error occurred while saving the comment NJM commentedI would like to have the option to Reset or Disable an account where the user never completed the invite to setup their account. Currently We can only delete those accounts
We have a similar issue with some Video Pro accounts that were setup for call forwarding and got activated. Now that we are converting them to fully licensed accounts and need the end users to setup for themselves we would have to Reset and assign or delete and completely recreate. Not a friendly task.
