Automatic Recording on RCV
There is currently no option to automatically record a meeting for Ringcentral Video unlike its latter, Ringcentral Meetings.

It recorded all meetings previously. How do we get that back. No one will remember to hit the button everytime. Now all our important meetings are lost...I need the system to record every meeting, every time. Just like in RCM

I don't think has been rolled out yet. I don't see a setting on the admin portal yet.

Jennifer, are you sure this is implemented? The attachment you provided specificaly says that automatic meeting recording is only available if RingCentral Meetings (not RingCentral Video) is selected as the video service.

In the old RCM tool we had the option to turn on auto-recording for meetings. Would be ideal to have this default option for RCV as well. How many times do we all intend to record... forget... and then awkwardly hit record mid-meeting?

Our company also requires all meetings to be recorded. We can not make the switch with out this feature.

This feature is required for Financial Services clients or we can't move to RCV from RC Meetings.

We are currently utilizing a chrome extension in the Contact Center that automatically pauses screen recording when we go to a specific website to input credit card numbers so the call or screen doesn't get recorded. Once the website is closed, the recording resumes. This is a PCI compliance requirement for us. We would like to have the same developed in the UC platform.
