    Please provide a status update for this "planned" implementation at the end of last quarter. Thanks.

    The same is needed when sending a fax to a fax number instead of an e-mail address. The name of the person to route the fax to is needed when the recipient is using shared office equipment/space. Thanks.

    Please consider adding a company contacts export feature to a Smartphone via the RC App when 3rd party alternatives, like Google, are not an option and need to view contacts when Wi-Fi is not available. Export contacts to the phones contact list to make calls outside of RingCentral.

    When using the RC App to create an outbound fax on the template/form, there's no place to enter the recipient's name without having to create a new contact or writing the name in the note field. Could the To field be modified or a field added to accommodate the recipient's name and not just their fax number for proper routing on the receiving end? Not everyone has direct deposit for faxes received. Thanks.
