However, if there was a way to allow Admins or assigned managers to be able to review incoming and outgoing SMS by user I think that would be extremely helpful for our team and others. Our teams can review recorded calls and live monitor calls. However, if there was a way to allow Admins or assigned managers to be able to review incoming and outgoing SMS by user I think that would be extremely helpful for our team and others.
