   Utilizing RC calendar to allow RC calendar to display scheduled meetings. Anyone scheduling a meeting would benefit. as not everyone wants to sync to their google or outlook calendar

   Anyone presenting — not just the host — can include system audio so participants hear shared video and audio clearly. This is supported when presenting from the desktop app on both Windows and macOS, with macOS support our most recent addition. See Sharing your screen with audio.

   Meeting participants can request remote desktop control while someone is sharing their screen, and the presenter approves with a click. This has been available for some time in video meetings on the desktop app. See Requesting and approving remote desktop control.
