The capability now lives in our current product, RingCentral Webinar, where a host can customize the registration page — color theme, logo, and banner image — to match their brand. We have multiple team members who communicate to clients via text. It would be nice to allow them to send out a text using a common phone number (X) and then to also be able to have the team members see the text that comes into the number (X) so they can act upon it and be on the same page.
