The ultimate solution is for the incoming call whilst on anther call goes to voicemail - the same way a mobile phone works.

Hi Jessica,
This is not a solution to the problem. Do we say please hold while we are disturbed by the inbound call and toggle it off?
Are we misunderstanding the solution?
I have lost count of how many customers complain about this issue.
