I have seen inventory numbers that are unassigned being used to call others within the business. Using our own basic caller ID as well. The calls are coming from outside the RingCentral network but are allowed through causing the issue of possible fraud. A feature to stop such calls would be greatly appreciated and should be fast tracked for legal purposes alone.
