Hi everyone, we hear you, we know this was impacted in the latest update. This is being researched now to confirm when a fix can be implemented.

Without knowing from which number we are communicating, we are handicapped in processing customer requests quickly and efficiently. This wastes our time and leads to errors in scheduling, which costs our company money.

What we're actually saying is that since the upgrade to the RC app on 03/26/2024, we can no longer tell from which number we are communicating. We have several numbers in Ring Central because we do business in multiple cities. When a client sends in a text and we reply, we can no longer see what number we are texting from, so we don't know if we're replying to the customer the east coast or the west coast or somewhere in between.
