Please add personalize able texting templates, so we could quickly respond to clients when we are already on the line with another client.
I would love to be able to send a text from a template. It is useful when I am introducing myself to new clients. It would also be helpful to be able to hit a button when you have a call waiting to let them know you saw their call and will touch base with them when you become available. Modern cell phones an even smart watches have this option. Even the Bluetooth option on my car has an option to auto respond to texts. I believe this would be a valuable tool for agencies. We currently have a different option for texting clients that offers the texting templates. Adding the templates within Ring central would create a more Userfriendly and efficient work flow.

I would like to see RingCental add texting templates giving your clients the ability to add text messaging templates that we use daily. Having a drop-down option to select which template we want to use will make texting much quicker. Our previous two service providers offer this feature and we have been with RingCentral for one week and we miss this feature already.
