Having two storage locations does not make sense, the RC mobile app is otherwise excellent but it makes no sense not to be able to access the call log relevant to your logged in credentials and to need to revert to a desktop login to listed to calls or to see which calls have come in for a set period when the user is also receiving emails about missed calls but they do not show on the RC mobile app log.

Many companies now offer intelligent AI for inbound and outbound calls. The agent is simply to deploy and educate.
