    Surely if they can't provide this feature for Australian customers yet, RingCentral can update some databases upon request. This is ridiculous!

    We also agree! 160 users here, and ALL of us have the "All audio sources" turned on for the Audio Output setting "Ringtones and notification sources"...

    It appears in-fact that it doesn't actually use "All audio sources" for notifications.

    Our previous UC platform (Fuze) would use the multiple output devices for ALL notifications - because that is what the function should be used for.

    We too would also like the flashing in the taskbar until the message(s) is/are read.
