New Message Notification Color

Change the message notification to the same orange color as phone. The gray notification blends in and messages are missed at times.

I am constantly missing RingCentral messages because the notification is gray. Why is a RingCentral message notification considered less important than any other notification like a text message, missed call, or voicemail?
