The current reporting functionality lacks the necessary granularity to efficiently track forwarded calls to specific external numbers. Without the ability to filter reports based on forwarding destinations, the customer is forced to manually analyze call logs—a time-consuming and error-prone process. This limitation not only impacts operational efficiency but also hinders accurate data-driven decision-making.
