The current reporting functionality lacks the necessary granularity to efficiently track forwarded calls to specific external numbers. Without the ability to filter reports based on forwarding destinations, the customer is forced to manually analyze call logs—a time-consuming and error-prone process. This limitation not only impacts operational efficiency but also hinders accurate data-driven decision-making. Implementing a targeted filtering option for forwarded calls is crucial to improving reporting accuracy, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall user experience.

Hi everyone, you are now able to customize the announcement played during the call. Learn where in the Admin portal to update here.
While not the ability to completely turn off the announcement, this customization allows for different companies to take into account their unique compliance needs. If a disclosure is not needed, a silent recording could be uploaded as a workaround.
Thank you!

The AI tool is incredibly valuable, but its current approach of interrupting conversations with "AI is taking notes" announcements disrupts the user experience. Removing these interruptions would significantly enhance usability, making it an indispensable resource for users.

This is a very welcome and important enhancement to the incoming call display functionality. Displaying the caller ID name above the number greatly improves clarity and user experience, especially in fast-paced environments where quick identification is critical. The added flexibility in customizing how this information is presented is a much-needed step forward, and it’s great to see attention being given to such practical user needs. Looking forward to seeing this implemented!
