Improved Caller ID Display for Incoming Calls
To modify the display settings so that the caller ID name of the calling party is shown above the calling number during incoming calls, with a preference for flexibility in configuring how the information appears (e.g., caller name above caller number).
Desired Outcome:
Caller ID name should be displayed above the calling number, and the number should be displayed directly below the name.
Improve the flexibility and clarity of the display settings to allow for proper customization without the display issues currently being encountered.

Subject: Set up number in our inventory
Description: Trying to see up a number that we have in our inventory to use for specific calls coming in to our business and identify these calls when they come in with an 88 in front of the number (254-362-5888). When I call to test the line, the phone does not ring and I cannot find ring setting for this phone number.

Everytime I get an Inbound call all I see is company name for External Callers with no phone number.

This is a very welcome and important enhancement to the incoming call display functionality. Displaying the caller ID name above the number greatly improves clarity and user experience, especially in fast-paced environments where quick identification is critical.
