    There are parts of RingCentral I don’t interact with, but I still get notified. That shouldn’t be the case.

    Every time a call is parked, my HUD lights up—even if I’m not the one handling it. That needs to change.

    I’ve answered calls I didn’t need to because the phone made it seem like I should. We need better control over this.

    These alerts are constant and rarely something I need. I’d really appreciate an option to filter them out.

    The Parked call notification is very distracting to my coworkers and I. The ability to turn off or modify this notification would be very beneficial as it would make Ring more focused and help with efficiency in our work.

    Too many popups. Not enough control. Would love the ability to fine-tune this so it’s helpful, not frustrating.
