Disable HUD park notification
Every time a user parks a call, the entire office gets notified. This is confusing as it implies that the call is parked for them to pick up. Users do not need to be notified when a call is parked.

These HUD notifications often cause confusion by alerting everyone in the office—even when a parked call isn’t relevant to them. This issue is a major source of unnecessary disruption.
Since this overlaps with the broader request for customizable park notifications, please consider merging it into the most supported suggestion: "Call Park Notification Control in the RingCentral Desktop App" (https://ideas.ringcentral.com/forums/958493-phone-messaging/suggestions/48082760). The community clearly wants the same solution. -

It creates a false sense of urgency when my screen lights up for something I don’t need to act on.

It makes no sense that everyone sees every parked call in the HUD. We need better filters for this.

HUD alerts are helpful when they’re relevant. Right now, they just create more work.

HUD notifications should be useful, not just noise. When everyone sees everything, people stop responding.

We should be able to choose what shows up in the HUD—especially if it's not actionable for us.

The HUD constantly alerting me for parked calls that don’t involve me is a major distraction. I’d love an option to turn it off.

Every time a call is parked, my HUD lights up—even if I’m not the one handling it. That needs to change.

This HUD alert is confusing. I’ve answered parked calls thinking they were mine. We need better options.
