Hello, can you please clarify what you are referring to? Screenshots are very helpful. Are you referring to the status when the HUD is popped out from the RingCentral app?

Stephanie supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Stephanie commentedYes the reference is for the app when the HUD is popped out or when view it in the Phone area in the app. Our business is new to RingCentral and all users are requesting to be able to see their own status in the HUD. It would be very beneficial especially when users often forget to update their status as it is not visible to them. It would also be helpful to give Admin rights to update users status message. Thank you.
