    How is this not a feature? Our business cannot continue to stay with RingCentral if this feature isn't added soon. How can we keep a record for SEC compliance without the ability to download SMS content logs?

    I cannot express how important it is to our business for this integration to be implemented. We have countless clients who only use WhatsApp to communicate, and we are currently having to give out our personal phone numbers to clients when we should be able to use the RC numbers we pay for. Additionally, I know that our business would be purchasing larger packs of text messages if there was a WhatsApp integration, which would mean larger profits for RC. Please prioritize implementing this integration so that we aren't forced to seek out other options for our business. Thank you!
