SMS Monitoring
A request has been given by one of the customers who's asking for the ability to monitor incoming and outgoing SMS messages on all her users. They want to be able to monitor and check quality of SMS messages between clients and their employees.

I need this for management purposes. I bet you have lost accounts because some businesses MUST HAVE THIS for compliance purposes.

If you allow me to have the recorded phone calls, then why can’t I, as admin, also see the text messages in the admin portal?
I also use twilio in another part of my business and I can see all of every text message sent and received. This is an omitted and needed feature--to see all of the text messages from the admin portal.

Please this is important for patient safety for my clients, i am not able to see texts that my assistant is sending out and this could cause complications for my business

This would be an incredible tool to help our company ensure that it remains compliant with regulations as they pertain to SMS messages. Compliance officers could exercise oversights on contents of text messages being exchanged from company's extensions/accounts.

It is critical for our office to have central texting that all employees can send from and respond to from the main phone number as the caller ID. We would hope that we could tag who sent it and/or tag who responded to the customer.
