    This is very important to have AI Notes working with deskphones as not everyone answers calls using desktop app.

    One of my customers is a collection agency and it's extremely important to be able to pause the recording for any call for legality reasons.

    Is there a chance this can be fixed?

    I have a large client who wants to go with Ring Central. This is the only hold back. They are required to download all call recordings off site. They have hundreds of calls per day. Bulk download of 20 is not sufficient. Please fix.
