Pause/Mute Recording Option for Internal Calls
Would like the option to pause/mute recording be available to internal calls (calls between users of the same account)

This is critical for our business. Our internal team needs to be able to communicate with each other about what is happening with accounts without being recorded and showing up on escalation reports. It is hindering their ability to brainstorm internally effectively and resolve issues without being worried that their internal conversation will impact their quality scores.

One of my customers is a collection agency and it's extremely important to be able to pause the recording for any call for legality reasons.
Is there a chance this can be fixed?

it's still being requested by customers.
The customers understandably deem it as a basic feature that need to be available.
