    It would be great to control notifications by app. That way I’m only seeing what’s relevant to my day-to-day work.

    Getting notifications for every parked call in a location just creates noise. It’s not efficient if only one person needs to act on it.

    It would be wonderful to get this corrected. It can definitely be confusing while you are busy on the teller line with all the notification popping when they are not yours. So after a while you tend to ignore any message from Ring Central because they are usually just parked calls. Calls are definitely being missed.

    The HUD constantly alerting me for parked calls that don’t involve me is a major distraction. I’d love an option to turn it off.

    My desk phone lights up or beeps for calls I’m not even involved in. There should be a way to turn that off.

    I’d really appreciate being able to turn off or customize these popups. It’s hard to stay focused when they keep showing up, especially when they aren’t relevant to me.
