    Here is how we have pick Park calls 5-10 because you can not see those on the Phone. Work around but can work with a little training of users. you have to leave the HUD up so you can see the Parked Calls.

    or have red flashing button phone for any park calls.

    it does the slide in bubble widow just keep doing that every 30 secs
