Enable SMS/Texting via Shared Inbox Company Number for Multiple Recipients

Currently, users operating within a Shared Inbox are unable to send SMS messages to multiple recipients using the main Company Number. Multi-recipient texting is only functional when using an extension's Primary Number. We would like to request an update to allow multi-recipient SMS functionality directly from the Shared Inbox using the main Company Number.

    Not having this option is negatively impacting our business. Please get this up and running ASAP!

    This would be a great idea. Our business is currently thinking of switching phone lines because this option is not available. We need this option.
