    We should be able to choose what shows up in the HUD—especially if it's not actionable for us.

    We need an option to quiet the phones unless the alert is actually meant for you. Simple as that.

    It’s really distracting when I get notifications about calls I’m not responsible for. I’d rather only see what applies to me.

    I would like to see an option to either silence the notification or the ability to change the sound.

    The notification sounding the same is very distracting. Similar to others, our process is for the receptionist to notify the person intended to pick up the call so there is no reason for the notification of a "parked call" to be displayed to everyone.

    Popups every time a call is parked? That adds up fast. We need a way to choose which alerts matter and which don’t.
