We have many schools that each have a call queue, and office staff that cannot see when the call queue has voicemails. Many of them do NOT use the RC web Portal so having a way to access the VM's from a desk phone would be a great way for them to easily access it. Many of our users do not use the portal at all, since they have desk phones, and they want to do everything from the desk phone. So whether it's an access code to be able to dial something and get into the general VM system that then asks for the EXT and then the PIN would be good too. But putting a presence on a phone that could access the call queue VM would be good as well. As long as it's accessible from the desk phone would be helpful.

How ridiculous would this be to have calls have to be ACCEPTED? I know there was something like this a while back with RC that if the call was being answered on a personal cell phone (RC App) that you needed to do this. But it was also able to be turned OFF.
It's ludacris to have a call coming from the call queue IN RC to a RC device and folks need to hit 1 to accept it? This HAS to be able to be toggled on/off for systems. What on earth were you thinking when this got activated, with no ability to turn it off?
