Call Queue Wait Settings - wait time
several customers are asking to have a longer wait time on queues.
currently the max wait time that can be configured is 15 min, ideally having more options 20 , 30,45,60 min

I would love to be able to set the wait time before voicemail, different area's have different response times, voicemail just gets ignored

I need the option of having 40 seconds before going to voicemail. 20 seconds (4 rings) for the first employee and 20 seconds (4 rings) for the second employee and then going to voicemail.

I think having a custom wait time option would be helpful, where a time in seconds or minutes could be manually entered and saved to match company needs.
